The Floki community is being cautioned about a series of scam emails falsely claiming to offer a way to claim “Flokitars,” a digital asset linked to the project. These emails are fraudulent, and users are advised to take immediate precautions.
In an official warning, Floki’s team emphasized that neither Floki nor its partner TokenFi would ever send unsolicited emails with links to claim assets. Community members are urged to stay alert and follow these key safety tips:
- Do not click on any links provided in these emails.
- Never provide your wallet information or private keys in response to such requests.
- Trust only official announcements made via verified Floki and TokenFi social media accounts.
If you encounter one of these scam emails, delete it without engaging. Protect your assets by staying vigilant against phishing attempts and potential fraud.
